No respect or sense of customer service by Alex at Dr Ike’s San Dario. Let me tell you that you messed with the wrong customer Sir. If you do not want to be at work please go home and find a place of employment where no one will bother you! Also, I sure hope you don’t treat every woman you see the way you treated me. How disrespectful and what a shame to see that you thought I deserved no respect. Shame on you sir!!!
The most horrible people work there, they'll always looking for an excuse not to refund your money, twice I've tried to return something with the receipt and they'll find an excuse not to return the money, horrible employees and management...they should all get fired..I'm never shopping at that ghetto runned place, I'll go to home Depot instead, they know how to treat their customers!! If I could give zero stars I would!!
There are some items i can only find at dr Ike’s like NP 1 or real wood cabinets and good prices, great concrete mix etc I shop at all 3 stores. All the materials to build pole barns also.

I bought a thick metal chain. I asked the employee helping in that department for a chain that can be outside in the rain or sun and will not rust. He told me to get one of the most expensive one they had. I purchased the one recommended and the chain rusted bad with the first rain. I had purchased one chain previously at Home Depot and I've had it for 1 year with no rust. I like to shop at Ikes but the chains seem like lower quality.
This past Sunday, I was helped out by Manager Luis. He was very attentive & he answered every question I had. He helped me find all the things I need for my DIY project. After it was all done, he told me to grab a cone of popcorn on the way out! Delicious! Y’all need more more peopled like Manager Luis employed! 5 ⭐️!!
They made my day! I went to buy paint and some nails and order some concrete bags to fix my place.

I wish I could've gotten the man's name maybe in his 30s. I was completely lost. I didn't know where anything was.
